Our guys notified me yesterday that they had arrived in Mombassa (Port City) to secure the release of the container of medicines that were donated for use by the Immanuel Christian School for the Deaf and the Immanuel Deaf Churches of Kenya. I am on pins and needles until those meds have been secured and distributed. I so wish I could be there to put my hands on that container and "in the Name of Jesus" to declare it to be free. However, I suddenly realized a few moments ago that this prayer can best be prayed from our place of authority in Christ where, according to Ephesians 2:6-7, he has "raised us up together, and made us to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: that in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ. Jesus."
So my prayer this afternoon has been: "Lord Jesus, be kind to us in this matter and grant to us that these life saving medicines will be released, distributed, and prescribed to the health and welfare of these precious children. I am not praying from earth to heaven, but rather from that 'heavenly place' toward Mombassa, Kenya and declaring the hand of God to be manifest in this hour regarding these medicines. In the Mighty Name of Jesus, who sits here beside me in Heavenly Places, AMEN."
Once the medicines have been released and safely secured, I will turn my attention to the daunting, but entirely possible (because in Him all things are possible), challenge of securing reliable transportation for the school. In order to do this, we are going to have to raise approximately $20,000. I am wondering if there are those of my brothers and sisters who would first join me at that "heavenly place" to release a vehicle for this use, and secondly who would enlist the prayer and support of others in their circles of influence?
This is not a frivolous request as the need for safe, reliable, transportation is an absolutely essential part of the ongoing care of these children. We are trusting in Him to hear our heart's cry in this matter. Will you join with us in praying directly from the throne room in this matter? Thank you so much.

Huiothesis
Huiothesis is a term from the original language in which the New Testament was written (Greek). It is most commonly interpreted "adoption," but specifically refers to the placement of an adult child in a position of authority or partnership. This site is dedicated to all those who are ready to put off the clothing of a child and to put on the clothing of manhood; the "toga virilis." We must have men and women in this generation who are not swayed by the spectacular, but firmly rooted and grounded in the Word of God; mature disciples who are not distracted by things that tingle and glitter, but who are sober and vigilant in a world in which there is much to turn our eyes from the goal to pursue that which does not mature, does not build up others, and does not bring glory to God.
